ORYNTHEX Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use the site or buy from ORYNTHEX.

Acceptance

By purchasing, applying, or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Eligibility

Services are intended for people 18 or older.

Our services

  • ORYNTHEX Foundation: a one-time digital training program.
  • ORYNTHEX Elite: recurring online coaching, subject to application, acceptance and available capacity.
  • Free resources: educational content provided for general information.
  • Any future subscription products will have their own terms shown before purchase.

Purchases and payments

  • Foundation costs $49, paid once.
  • Elite costs $199 per month. By subscribing you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method every month until you cancel.
  • You can cancel Elite at any time. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Accounts

If accounts are offered, you agree to give accurate information, protect your login, not share paid access without authorization, and use the services lawfully.

Intellectual property

ORYNTHEX owns its training materials, branding, educational content and site content. A purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own training. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially reproduce them, subject to applicable law.

Coaching

  • Programs are designed using the information you provide. Tell us about relevant limitations and any changes.
  • Coaching does not guarantee specific results.
  • Services do not replace licensed medical care. See the Fitness & Health Disclaimer.
  • Coaches work within their qualifications and applicable laws.

Service changes

We may update content and features, and services may sometimes be interrupted. If we make a material change to something you purchased, or cannot provide it, we will notify you and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund.

Liability and disputes

Termination

You may stop using the services or close your account at any time. We may restrict access for legitimate violations of these terms, such as sharing paid content or misuse of the site.
