ORYNTHEX Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is subject to applicable law. Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the law where you live.

ORYNTHEX Foundation: $49 one-time

• Foundation is a one-time digital purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
• You receive access after your payment succeeds.
• Because digital materials may be delivered right away, purchases are generally nonrefundable after delivery, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Downloading a file does not waive any rights you have under law.
• Duplicate or incorrect charges are eligible for correction and refund.
• If files are defective, inaccessible, or not delivered as described, contact us and we will help.
• If we cannot provide the program you purchased, we will offer an appropriate refund.

ORYNTHEX Elite: $199 per month

• Membership costs $199 per month. Payments recur monthly until you cancel.
• 7-day guarantee for first-time clients. As a voluntary guarantee, an eligible first-time client may request a full refund of the initial payment within seven calendar days, for any reason. This guarantee does not replace, shorten, or misstate any longer or additional rights you have under law.
• After the 7-day guarantee, payments for services already delivered or made available are generally nonrefundable, except as required by law.
• You can cancel at any time with no cancellation fee.
• Cancelling ordinarily stops future renewal charges. Access ordinarily continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
• Billing errors and services we did not deliver are eligible for an appropriate refund or correction.

How to cancel Elite

Email us from the address on your account and say you want to cancel. You do not need to call anyone or speak with a coach. We will confirm the cancellation in writing and tell you when your access ends.

How to request a refund

• Email us at the support address below.
• Include the name and email used at purchase, the product, the date of purchase, and the reason.
• Our target is to respond within three business days.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method where possible.
• Timing after we issue a refund depends on Stripe and your bank, and can take several additional business days. We cannot promise when funds will reach your account.
